Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any art product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (with photos of the item) within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All of our items are insured by the carrier when shipped. If an item was damaged or lost through transit, we will file a claim through the carrier.
